One of my friend who is the best tennis player got injured a year back. Actually the accident happened when we were walking in the beach. That time he got a injury in his legs. Because of that injury he could not able to play tennis for more than six months.Once he recovered he follows the fitness for tennis which contains many exercise and warm up steps. They have a video which shows the daily steps to follow. If you follow the steps you could make your body more fit so that even my injury will not be a problem for your tennis life.
